Tom Merson
An Ocean City, MD local, Tom has been in the Contracting business for over 30 years, beginning with his father and brother completing renovations. Starting his own company focusing on Commercial Renovations and Restorations, his Ocean City, MD company, East Coast Contracting, is thriving as one of the largest General Contracting Companies on the Eastern Shore. Tom brings his skills and expertise to Brevard County and surrounding area collaborating with long time friend, Merritt Island local, Shane Garrett.

Shane Garrett
A Merritt Island local, Shane began his early career in construction then turned his attention to Law Enforcement to serve his community. With over 20 years of service, he brings his leadership and management skills acquired through the agency back to the construction industry. Shane’s extensive knowledge of the area is attributed to his faithful service to the Brevard County area, including volunteering as Vice President of the Merritt Island Little League Board, collecting business sponsorships for the league, and networking consistently with local organizations to better our community. Working with long time friend, Tom Merson, Shane is bringing his expertise to manage commercial renovation and restoration projects in Brevard County and surrounding areas.
